HOW TO ORDER
Placing your order
When you place your order on our website, we’ll send you an automatic confirmation mail to the email address you provided. In case this email would not arrive in 1-2 hours, please reach out via mail at firstname.lastname@example.org , so we can check your order. Further details will also be sent to this email address. (Shipping, payment information, invoice, etc.)
You can only pay by card or with PayPal in our online store. In case you chose paying by card, you’ll be transferred to Barion’s system, where you can confirm your payment. All transactions are encrypted for your safety. In case the card transaction is not confirmed, we’ll delete your order. If you have any questions concerning this, get in touch with your bank or card provider.
Don’t look for the invoice in the package, we’ll send it via email 🌳🐢🦜. If you do not receive it up until the delivery, check your spam folder. If it’s not there, feel free to contact us!
All #redypanties are sent with GLS shipping services. We consider them the quickest service currently. If you place your order on a weekday before noon, there’s a chance that it reaches you as soon as the next workday. However, you’ll likely receive your package in 3* working days max. The official sender of your package is Webshippy Csomagküldő Kft, our logistic partner, but it will, of course, contain your order by Redy.
You’ll receive an SMS text message with the delivery date.
In case the couriers are unable to deliver the package, they will try again later. If this is unsuccessful as well, they return it to us. The shipping cost 990 HUF.
You can also choose from pick-up points. This way, you don’t have to wait for the courier at home. You have 72 hours to retrieve the parcel with a code sent to you via email and text message. You can choose your pick-up point when placing your order.
Pick-up point parcel shipping costs 790 HUF.
General information on shipping
We ship locally to Hungary, and internationally as well. If you’d like international shipping, our system will calculate shipping costs when you provide your mail address, since we have to consider different rates. The costs depend on the destination country. If you have any questions concerning this, contact us via mail at email@example.com.
As soon as we start assembling your package, we’ll send you a mail with the shipping details and a link through which you can track your order online.
*Please note that during peak periods (e.g.: Christmas) the workload of delivery services increases, so shipping might take longer. You’ll be notified about this via mail and/or text message. Thank you for understanding. In case the couriers are unable to deliver the package, they will try again later. If this is unsuccessful as well, they return it to us.
We’d like you to know that we cannot accept underwear returns due to legislation. Despite this we decided to give you 40 days to contemplate whether you’d like to keep your #redypanties or not. If you choose not to use them, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org , and we’ll send a form and our address to which you have to send the product back.
When we receive the package with the necessary form attached, we’ll refund the purchase price to your account in 14 days.
The cut of #redypanties is tighter than that of regular underwear for safety reasons. If you still feel like you have the wrong size despite this, we’ll exchange the product for you. In this case, the courier will take your old product and bring you a new one. It’s important to know that we can only exchange unused products, that you have only tried on. Do not remove the adhesive hygiene label! We cannot exchange the product without it. Exchange is free of charge.
